Long Bomb Giveaway — Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor
American Football IQ LLC (“Sponsor”), American Football IQ, 2310 W Mission Ln Ste 1, Phoenix, AZ 85021. Questions may be directed to info@americanfootballiq.com.
2. Eligibility
The Long Bomb Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Entrants under eighteen (18) must have a parent or legal guardian enter on their behalf. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor, and their immediate family members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway runs in recurring monthly entry periods. Each monthly entry period begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on the first calendar day of a month and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on the last calendar day of that month (each, an “Entry Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.
4. How to Enter
(a) Gameplay entry. During an Entry Period, play the “Long Bomb” game at americanfootballiq.com and submit a valid email address. You will receive one (1) entry for approximately every twelve (12) yards of distance achieved in a single play. Optionally providing a valid mobile phone number will double the entries earned for that play. Multiple plays are permitted; each completed play with a submitted email address is eligible.
(b) Free alternate method of entry (no purchase or gameplay required). To enter without playing the game, hand-print your full name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and the words “AFIQ Long Bomb Entry” on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a hand-addressed, stamped envelope to: American Football IQ LLC, Attn: Long Bomb Giveaway, American Football IQ, 2310 W Mission Ln Ste 1, Phoenix, AZ 85021. Each mailed entry earns one (1) entry. Limit one (1) entry per outer envelope. Mailed entries must be postmarked during the applicable Entry Period and received within seven (7) days after that Entry Period ends. Mechanically reproduced entries are void.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will be selected for each monthly Entry Period. Each winner will receive a three (3)-month complimentary membership to the AFIQ Academy (an online coaching community hosted on Skool). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): US $57. Total ARV of all prizes awarded per Entry Period: US $57. The prize is non-transferable; no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. All taxes and any expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner.
6. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
For each Entry Period, one (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during that Entry Period, conducted within ten (10) business days after the Entry Period ends. The potential winner will be notified at the email address associated with the entry and must respond within five (5) days; failure to respond may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
8. Marketing Consent
Entry does not require consent to receive marketing. If you choose to subscribe when entering, Sponsor may send you marketing emails and, if you provide a mobile number and opt in, recurring automated marketing text messages. Message and data rates may apply. You may unsubscribe from emails at any time and may opt out of texts by replying STOP. See our Privacy Policy.
9. General Conditions
By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Rules, or acts in a disruptive manner, and to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway if it becomes technically corrupted or is otherwise not capable of running as planned.
10. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Giveaway or any prize.
11. Governing Law
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
12. Winners List
To request the name of a winner for a given Entry Period, email info@americanfootballiq.com with the subject “Long Bomb Winner Request” within sixty (60) days after that Entry Period ends.
13. No Third-Party Sponsorship
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, Apple, Shopify, Skool, or any other platform. You are providing your information to Sponsor, not to any of those parties.
