Do the decks have to be the same?
No. Any mix of Volumes 1–4 and Flag 5v5 counts toward the same tier. Ten different decks get the same 20% as ten copies of one.
Which deck should the whole team get?
Volume 1: Terms & Coverages. It gives the whole roster the same vocabulary. Then add Volume 3 for quarterbacks, Volume 2 for linemen and Volume 4 for receivers and DBs.
Is Football Basics discounted?
