Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another email with tracking information once it ships.
- During high-demand periods (like product launches, holidays, or sales), processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship within the United States.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier delays outside of our control (e.g., weather or holidays).
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way. If you haven’t received your tracking email within 5 business days, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship through USPS and UPS, depending on your location and selected service.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship domestically within the United States. We’re working on expanding internationally soon!
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
American Football IQ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive after tracking shows delivery, please contact us at info@americanfootballiq.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.
Tip: Consider selecting a shipping option that includes insurance if you live in an area with frequent delivery issues.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible — once the package ships, we can’t make address changes.
Preorders & Backorders
If your order includes a preorder or backordered item, your entire order will ship once all items are in stock unless stated otherwise.
